About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in the healthcare team, working alongside Licensed and Registered Nurses to enhance the quality of life for patients and residents. This position involves assisting individuals with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which may include personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other essential tasks that contribute to the overall well-being of patients. The CNA is responsible for ensuring that patients and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment, recognizing and respecting the individual needs and rights of each patient.
