Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary for resident care.
• Must be a supportive team member and contribute to teamwork.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the public.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
• Willingness to seek out new methods and incorporate them into nursing practices.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others.

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we hire recent graduates.

Responsibilities
