The Household Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) works in partnership with the Household Team to provide guest-/resident-directed medical and physical care, meeting daily needs and enabling them to function at the highest possible level. This role promotes psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building and plans/facilitates social activities for rehabilitation guests and residents, including daily pleasures, recreation, exercise, and relationship building. The CNA supports the household Homemaker in maintaining a clean, safe environment and cares for guests'/residents' personal laundry. All caregiver tasks are performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations, in a safe and efficient manner. As a versatile employee, the CNA is cross-trained in different functions of the Household within the scope of licensure to meet guest/resident needs as they occur.
