About The Position

Hillside in McMinnville, OR, a HumanGood community nationally rated as 2025-2026 Best Senior Living community for Independent Living and Memory Care by U.S News & World Report, is looking for talented CNA's to join our Assisted Living! Our Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care. Schedules Available: Part-Time NOC, Friday-Saturday 10pm-6am Pay range: $23+ per hour, base pay, depending on years of CNA experience. Shift Differentials: Weekend NOC $3 To be successful in the role, you would have: Certified Nursing Assistant certificate Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred CPR required New grads are welcome! Requirements

  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
