About The Position

As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting our nursing team. Requirements

  • Active California CNA certification
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
  • Commitment to treating every resident with dignity and respect

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
  • Monitor and record vital signs; report changes in condition
  • Support meals, hydration, and after-meal care
  • Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
  • Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Accurately document care in charts and flow sheets
  • Follow infection control, safety, and privacy protocols
  • Communicate effectively with nurses and team members
  • Support restorative and rehabilitative care programs
