As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting our nursing team. Requirements
- Active California CNA certification
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Commitment to treating every resident with dignity and respect
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs; report changes in condition
- Support meals, hydration, and after-meal care
- Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Accurately document care in charts and flow sheets
- Follow infection control, safety, and privacy protocols
- Communicate effectively with nurses and team members
- Support restorative and rehabilitative care programs
