Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Memory Care Location: Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare, Clifton Park, NY Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts Available: Day, Evening, Night Pay Range: $17.55 – $22.93/hour (based on experience) About Us Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare, part of St. Peter’s Health Partners, is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialized memory care services. Requirements
- Current CNA certification in New York State
- Passion for working with seniors and memory care residents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous long-term care experience preferred (not required)
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care
- Documenting care in the EMR system
- Supporting a safe and comfortable environment
- Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
