As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan. This includes supporting the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations, complying with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures, and identifying, documenting and reporting changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor. Requirements
- Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
Responsibilities
- Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan
