Clinical Communication: Observe and report patient status and needs to appropriate personnel, ensuring seamless care transitions. Responsive Support: Promptly answer call lights and attend to/report patient needs with compassion. Admissions & Transitions: Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure a welcoming and organized experience.
