About The Position

Looking for a meaningful job during the night? Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors during scheduled overnight shifts. We provide all training — you bring the heart. Shift Details Overnight shifts only (no day shifts available) Typical shift length: 8–10 hours Weekday and weekend overnight shifts available Minimum of 1 night shift per week or 4 per month Preferred minimum of 12 hours per week

Requirements

• Adult or senior care experience required
• Compassionate, dependable, and responsive
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Able to stay awake and alert during overnight hours

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with nighttime routines and morning preparation
• Help with repositioning, mobility, or transfers
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene, dressing)
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a calm overnight environment
• Prepare or warm up simple meals/snacks if needed
• Medication reminders and safety monitoring
• Record changes or concerns for care team
