About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team supporting residents in a skilled nursing environment. In this role, you will assist residents with daily care activities while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity. This 12-week contract assignment offers variable day shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a resident-focused care setting.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing facilities preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing facilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Assist with feeding and hydration as required
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
• Follow all infection control protocols and facility safety standards
