About The Position
As a CNA , you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Fieldstone in DeWitt. As a CNA , you will: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and passing medications. Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities. Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Open Shifts Available: 2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:30pm) Full-Time and Part-Time $2000 Sign On Bonus, for 2nd Shift roles, pay out will be in 3 lump sum payments
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- CNA certified required
