Requirements

• Active CNA license in the state of Florida (required)
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with seniors in a long-term care environment

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Provide mobility support, including turning, repositioning, and transferring residents
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other routine measurements
• Observe and report changes in our residents' condition to the nursing staff
• Document care and services provided in the electronic medical record system
• Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff respectfully and professionally
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures at all times
