Requirements

• Active CNA Certification in the state of Iowa.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable experience as a CNA.
• Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your assigned region.
• Must reside within a reasonable driving distance to Care Initiatives locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing communities.
• Support residents with daily living activities including mobility, personal hygiene, and nutrition.
• Work collaboratively with nursing teams to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
