Day to day as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) As a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding environment filled with meaningful interactions. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dining, ensuring their comfort and dignity. You will monitor vital signs, document care, and report any changes in residents' health to the nursing staff, fostering a proactive approach to healthcare. Your role will also involve engaging with residents through social activities and providing emotional support, reflecting our core values of empathy and customer-centricity. Expect to work scheduled shifts of either 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., offering flexibility that suits your lifestyle.
