Requirements
- Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work full-time night shifts with a weekend schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
- Support residents’ mobility by assisting with transfers and ambulation as needed.
- Participate in patient care planning and communicate effectively with team members regarding resident status.
- Document care provided and assist in maintaining accurate records as required by facility policies.
