More about our team Join our team in a 24 bed unit staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (NAs), and monitor techs. This unit focuses on Radiation Oncology patients with 24 hour monitoring. How you’ll contribute A Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), who excels in this role:
Requirements
- A compassionate nursing assistant with an understanding of critical care principles and advanced patient monitoring.
- Applicants should have a current state NA I license and completed NA course from an accredited school.
- Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
- One year of experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately identifies patient needs
- Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
- Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
- Responsible for activities of daily living
