About The Position

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Ability to work flexible day shifts
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in Long-Term Care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to long-term care residents
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
• Follow facility policies and established chain of command
• Report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and overall quality of life
