As a CNA, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to support residents with daily living activities, comfort, and dignity—while building meaningful connections along the way. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and incontinence care. You’ll help with meals, mobility, range of motion exercises, transfers, and positioning. You’ll respond to call lights, take and record vital signs, document care and ADLs, and support restorative services per facility guidelines. You’ll also collaborate with the care team and participate in interdisciplinary meetings as needed to support resident care plans. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking team members who are compassionate, patient, and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers. You should be dependable, able to maintain confidentiality, and comfortable responding quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
