As a CNA, you’ll work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to support residents with daily living activities, comfort, and dignity—while building meaningful connections along the way. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and incontinence care. You’ll help with meals, mobility, range of motion exercises, transfers, and positioning. You’ll respond to call lights, take and record vital signs, document care and ADLs, and support restorative services per facility guidelines. You’ll also collaborate with the care team and participate in interdisciplinary meetings as needed to support resident care plans. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking team members who are compassionate, patient, and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers. You should be dependable, able to maintain confidentiality, and comfortable responding quickly and calmly in emergency situations. Requirements

  • Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses/Certification Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.
  • Experience Six months experience in a long term-care environment preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Valid CPR certificate preferred.
  • A CNA who successfully completes an approved advanced skills training curriculum and/or has demonstrated experience in a needed clinical specialty area, e.g. ventilator, pulmonary, and tracheostomy (VPT), can be classified as a CNA II.
