We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to reliably serve patients in the South Philadelphia area . What you’ll do: As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant, you’ll use your clinical skills and compassionate heart to treat patients where they want to be the most – in the comfort of their own home.

Requirements

• Have at least one year of work experience as a CNA
• Have successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a CNA
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
• Enjoy being part of a team that cares and a company that believes in leading with our values
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
• The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
