About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Lawrence Street Health Care Center – Tomball, TX Lawrence Street Health Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team! As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in providing hands-on care, emotional support, and comfort to our residents in a skilled nursing environment. Requirements

Current Texas CNA certification (required).
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred, but not required).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered.
Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed throughout the shift.
Must be available for 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM or 7 AM-7 PM)

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and safety.
Record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and coworkers.
Build positive, trusting relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Uphold resident dignity, confidentiality, and individualized care plans.
Perform duties in accordance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.
