Requirements
- Active California CNA certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, caring, and committed to resident well-being
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, mobility, and dressing
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Help maintain a clean, safe environment
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure excellent resident care
