Concordia at Cabot is looking for experienced, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who take pride in providing high-quality care. As a CNA at Concordia at Cabot, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents while working as part of a dedicated and supportive clinical team. Available Positions: We are currently hiring full-time and part-time CNAs for the following shifts: Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Midnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Positions include an every-other-weekend rotation. Requirements

  • Completion of a Nurse Aide Training Program
  • Current Pennsylvania CNA license in good standing
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder/bowel management
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
  • Documenting the care provided
  • Providing treatment per the ADL/treatment book
  • Answer resident call bells and respond promptly to needs
