Requirements
- Active California CNA certification
- A dependable, compassionate, resident-first mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Collaborate closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
