Requirements

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the State.
Completion of required State and Federal in-service education (typically 12 hours).
Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

Recent education or clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.
