Requirements
- Active certification as a CNA in the state(s) of practice
- Current CPR certification and TB test

Responsibilities
- Personal care services under the direction of the RN/Case Manager
- Assigned to specific clients and performs services for clients as necessary to maintain their personal comfort
- All activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
