Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state of California
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
- Reliable, team-oriented, and dedicated to quality care
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and other measurements
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Ensure proper documentation and follow care plans
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
