About The Position

McClure Post Acute is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team. Requirements

  • Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
  • A positive attitude and a smile to bring to work every day.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to providing excellent care.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with requests as needed and provide personalized care.
  • Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation, and other daily activities.
  • Provide companionship and build strong relationships with residents.
  • Respond to emergencies according to established policies and procedures.
  • Document care provided to residents in accordance with documentation standards.
  • Contribute to ensuring that resident individual service plans are current and accurate.
  • Regularly review 24-hour reports and care checklists.
  • Maintain the upkeep of residents’ rooms (e.g., making beds, taking out trash, washing dishes).
