Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Full Time Rotating Shifts
About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join their team at Vibra Hospital of Fargo, located in Fargo, ND. This 31-bed Critical Care Hospital provides acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Often, patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, it offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where employees can get to know their patients and their families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant as applicable in the state of employment required.
- BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire.

Responsibilities
- Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment.
- Utilizes basic infection control procedures, basic nutrition and fluid intake skills.
- Recognizes emergency situations and responds.
