Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Krista Staffing LLC is looking for a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant for varied schedule Sunday through Saturday with open flexibility, to work in a small Skilled Nursing Facility in Baldwin Park. Pay range is $19 - $20/hour depending on experience and is a temp-to-hire position. The (12) bed skilled nursing facility is looking for a dynamic individual to jour the team and provide guests with exceptional care. If you are starting your career and have a few years of experience, we want to meet you! In your roles you will provide routine daily nursing care and services based on guests’ assessments and care plans.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Compassion towards residents and their families
- Successful completion and clearance of a background check
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care for guests under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse
- Assist guests with daily living activities including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, and recreational activities.
- Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running efficiently and smoothly
