About The Position

Del Rosa Villa Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility, personal hygiene, grooming, meals, and comfort needs
• Support residents’ emotional well-being and promote a positive, respectful environment
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
