Napa Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team. Requirements
- Active California CNA certification
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred — new grads welcome!
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on care including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
- Assist residents with daily living activities in a respectful and dignified manner
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate documentation per state and facility guidelines
- Help promote a clean, safe, and caring environment for all residents
