Requirements

  • Active California CNA certification
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing experience preferred — new grads welcome!

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on care including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
  • Assist residents with daily living activities in a respectful and dignified manner
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
  • Maintain accurate documentation per state and facility guidelines
  • Help promote a clean, safe, and caring environment for all residents
