About The Position

As part of the Well-Spring Group, which has provided quality care for aging adults for over 25 years, Home Care from Well-Spring Solutions offers one-on-one care in private residential settings throughout the community and on the Well-Spring campus. We are actively hiring part-time CNAs to support clients with flexible, short shifts due to changing client needs and schedules. This is a great opportunity for CNAs seeking consistent hours, flexibility, or supplemental work. Requirements

  • Active CNA listing in good standing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to safely provide hands-on physical care
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
  • Strong commitment to exceptional, client-centered care

Responsibilities

  • Follow the client care plan and provide high-quality, individualized care
  • Provide hands-on assistance as needed
  • Assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, transfers, and eating
  • Monitor and support dietary and nutritional needs
  • Assist with meal preparation or meal pick-up
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Escort clients to appointments (on or off campus)
  • Support daily routines, communication, hobbies, and meaningful activities
  • Promptly document and report changes in client condition
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Home Care Services Nurse Supervisor
