Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Hospice (PRN, Per Visit)
About The Position
Interim Healthcare is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one hospice care to patients in their homes. Requirements
- Active CNA certification (Tennessee)
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred or required)
- Experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a home setting

Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs):
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting / incontinence care
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families
- Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Complete accurate visit documentation
