About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility team. The CNA will work closely with nursing staff to provide compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting residents’ daily needs, safety, and comfort.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active California CNA Certification
• Compliance with COVID/Flu requirements as per facility guidelines

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition
• Perform routine rounds and basic assessments
• Document patient information per facility policy
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
• Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and care teams
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and team-oriented environment
