About The Position

Schuyler Ridge Residential Healthcare, part of St. Peter's Health Partners, is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialized memory care services. We are proud to be the only CMS-rated 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility in Saratoga County. As a CNA in our Memory Care unit, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in New York State
• Passion for working with seniors and memory care residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous long-term care experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care
• Documenting care in the EMR system
• Supporting a safe and comfortable environment
• Collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
