CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility Follow personalized care schedules outlined by supervisors Offer emotional and social support to residents Support the dining experience, including potential meal assistance Assist with laundry and housekeeping needs as required Document care and daily activities per facility guidelines Communicate resident concerns or changes to supervisor Promote resident independence, dignity, and confidentiality Participate in training sessions and staff meetings Maintain safety practices and proper equipment use Uphold a professional, respectful demeanor with all residents, families, and team members Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of North Carolina
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility
Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with memory care residents is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Follow personalized care schedules outlined by supervisors
Offer emotional and social support to residents
Support the dining experience, including potential meal assistance
Assist with laundry and housekeeping needs as required
Document care and daily activities per facility guidelines
Communicate resident concerns or changes to supervisor
Promote resident independence, dignity, and confidentiality
Participate in training sessions and staff meetings
