Requirements

Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
A genuine desire to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and make a difference.
Strong punctuality and a commitment to your scheduled shifts.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with nurses and other CNAs.

Responsibilities

Observe and report patients' status, needs, and changes to the nursing leadership team.
Promptly answer call lights and attend to resident requests with a smile.
Assist with the essential flow of the facility, including admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Serve meals and assist with tray distribution and pick-up, ensuring our residents are well-nourished.
Implement specific procedures and programs designed to keep our residents safe, clean, and comfortable.
