Requirements

  • Current California CNA certification
  • A caring, patient, and dependable attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute/skilled nursing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition
  • Support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Create a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents and families
