Requirements
- Current California CNA certification
- A caring, patient, and dependable attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute/skilled nursing environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Create a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents and families
