Requirements
- Active CNA Certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, repositioning, and hygiene
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to nursing staff
- Record vital signs and patient observations accurately

- Support nursing staff with routine patient care tasks
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care at all times
