Daily Pay Available! West Janisch Health Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate care team. Our CNAs are the heart of our community—providing hands-on care, building meaningful connections, and making a real difference in the lives of our residents every day.

Requirements

• Current Texas CNA certification (required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
• Availability for 6a–6p or 6p–6a shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
• Take vital signs and observe/report changes in the resident's condition
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion
• Assist nurses and the interdisciplinary team with resident care plans
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and documentation standards
• Help create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and families
