About The Position
Join Angels on Call and Earn a $500 Sign-On Bonus! Angels on Call is a premier licensed home care service agency located in Peekskill, NY. Currently serving New York State including Bronx County, Dutchess County, Orange County, Putnam County, Rockland County, Sullivan County, Ulster County and Westchester County. Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants with availability to work shifts in partnered facility environments mainly located in Westchester County. These placements per diem either with individuals or assisting on the floor of facility environments who utilize the services of certified care professionals to supplement their needs. Per diem work means that you will have complete flexibility over which shifts you accept, and right of refusal for any cases you are contacted for. Schedule: Per Diem Community Placements: varies
Requirements
- Must possess a valid NYS CNA License
- At time of hire, candidate must be able to provide:
- Quantiferon Blood Draw within 9 months
- 2 PPD Tests, one within 30 days and one within 365 days
- If Positive provide a chest X-ray from within 5 years or a doctors note
- Proof of current flu vaccination
- Proof of MMR vaccination, including reference ranges
- Annual Physical from preceding 365 days, indicating fit for work and stamped / signed by physician
