About The Position
Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Medical Center team! Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care. Schedules: Part-Time, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, working every other weekend, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts Part-Time, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, working every other weekend, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts With new, lower staff-to-resident ratios, CNAs have a manageable workload and can focus on high-quality care! Hourly range $19-21.75 depending on experience! Night, Evening, and Weekend shift differential!
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
Nice To Haves
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
