About The Position

Delta View Post-Acute, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Requirements

  • Must hold a valid CNA certificate.
  • Current/active CPR/BLS card is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and other activities.
  • Document care provided accurately and timely.
  • Take vital signs and assist in recording and implementing care plans established by nursing staff.
  • Ensure that resident needs and preferences are met swiftly and appropriately.
  • Interact collaboratively with other staff members within the facility to support resident care.
