About The Position

San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team on a full-time night shift basis. Requirements

• Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work full-time night shifts with a weekend schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Help maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Support residents’ mobility by assisting with transfers and ambulation as needed.
• Participate in patient care planning and communicate effectively with team members regarding resident status.
• Document care provided and assist in maintaining accurate records as required by facility policies.
