About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week travel assignment in a Rehab / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This opportunity is within a 41-bed facility known for its collaborative environment, structured patient ratios, and supportive clinical leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience
• Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• Strong patient care skills and ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Flexibility to float as needed
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ambulation, feeding, bathing, hygiene, and repositioning
• Perform bed baths, linen changes (occupied and unoccupied), perineal care, foot care, and skin care
• Monitor and document vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respirations, temperature, and pulse oximetry
• Assist with catheter care, specimen collection, and measurement of intake/output
• Support pressure injury prevention and adhere to infection control standards
• Safely transfer residents using Hoyer lifts, transfer belts, sliding boards, and wheelchairs
• Follow PPE guidelines and isolation precautions
• Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Float to other units as required based on facility needs
