About The Position
VNA Alliance is a community-based, non-profit, Medicare certified home health agency based in Meadville, PA. VNA Alliance currently serves Crawford, Mercer, and portions of Venango county and offers skilled nursing, palliative care, and therapy services. In addition to the mentioned, VNA Alliance offers additional medical services and implemented a Safe at Home program that is a clinical pathway to optimize outcomes in the acute care and home health care setting. VNA Alliance is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team to cover our Mercer or Northern Butler/Lawrence County service areas. Requirements
- Licensed CNA in the state of Pennsylvania
- Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Car must be covered by established amount of insurance as described in personnel policies.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
