Requirements

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred but not required at the time of application.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Minimum 1 year hands-on patient care experience required; hospital-based CNA clinical training may be considered.
BLS (AHA) and active CNA certification required.
You must be a U.S. Citizen to qualify for this position or hold a Green Card.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Med/Surg and/or Inpatient Psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
Help patients with mobility and physical activity as directed.
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Document patient care and progress accurately.
