About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents. This 12-week contract offers variable day shifts and an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a resident-focused care environment.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Prior Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care

Nice To Haves

• Prior Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Follow infection control guidelines and facility safety protocols
