Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Outpatient
About The Position
Lincoln Surgical Hospital is an innovative healthcare leader in providing exceptional surgical services for our patients. Our dedicated physicians and staff strive to achieve optimal surgical outcomes in a patient focused atmosphere. We are looking for exceptional people to provide extraordinary care as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Hours: Full time, 80 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks), Tuesday – Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm. The professional in this position will be responsible for assisting nursing staff in total patient care within the scope of their certification.
Requirements
- Must have current nursing assistant certification from a state approved training course.
- Current BLS required at the time of hire.
- Prefer previous experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients in their daily cares.
- Ambulate patients as instructed.
- Position patient safely, properly and comfortably according to specific needs.
- Take and record vital signs and report to the nurse.
- Clean assigned area, stock and replenish supplies and equipment as required.
- Follow standard precautions and use personal protective equipment as required.
