Requirements

  • Certification: Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
  • Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent 4/2 rotation.

Responsibilities

  • Compassionate Care: Provide high-quality daily care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of every resident.
  • Clinical Support: Implement specific procedures and care programs as directed by the nursing leadership.
  • Communication: Observe and report significant changes in resident conditions to supervisors immediately.
  • Resident Advocacy: Serve as a friendly point of contact for residents and their families, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Operational Support: Assist the nursing team with various tasks to maintain a safe and efficient facility.
