Requirements
- Certification: Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
- Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent 4/2 rotation.
- Heart for Care: A genuine passion for working with seniors and a desire to make a difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Compassionate Care: Provide high-quality daily care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of every resident.
- Clinical Support: Implement specific procedures and care programs as directed by the nursing leadership.
- Communication: Observe and report significant changes in resident conditions to supervisors immediately.
- Resident Advocacy: Serve as a friendly point of contact for residents and their families, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Operational Support: Assist the nursing team with various tasks to maintain a safe and efficient facility.
